Finally done.
It was a good run. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Medaka Box every single week for the last 4 years.
I can’t exactly recommend someone to start reading it from the beginning, but it had quite a few epic moments.
Cheers
Someone finished scanslating Yakitate Japan all of a sudden. But after waiting 2 years, I still enjoy the baking, but the jokes aren’t that funny anymore.
Air Gear finished…
I’ve got to say, I really enjoyed reading it throughout all these years. The story telling was a bit messy at times, but the epicness more than compensated for that. And the art has been consistently brilliant and even improve quite a bit since it started.
Looking forward to Oh! Great’s next work. Until then, cheers!
Negima was a really good series. Despite the excessive fanservice, I really enjoyed the shounen/harem/fantasy/magic/adventure Akamatsu created, and despite the ginormous cast, Negima will probably stick in the back of my mind for a long time.
A lot of people are hating on the ending, but I find it hard to imagine, after that intense last arc, that Ken could possibly make all those side stories interesting. I guess that’s the author’s job, but I appreciate that he ended the manga on this note instead of dragging it on to fill in the plot holes. Leaving some of the story to your imagination is interesting in its own right (and makes room for a lot of doujinshi ;p).
Thanks RHS, you brought us one of my favourite manga, and I really appreciate that.
